岗位职责
1、作为集成团队的核心开发工程师，深度参与需求分析工作，独立完成技术方案的设计与落地实施；
2、指导初级工程师开展模块开发与交付工作，严格把控代码质量与技术方案的执行效果；
3、编写详细的设计文档及单元测试用例，积极配合测试团队完成验证工作；
4、与团队成员紧密协作，保障工作任务的交付质量与进度，并持续优化团队工作流程。
岗位要求
1、计算机、通讯、电子工程等相关理工类专业，本科及以上学历；
2、3 年及以上 Java 开发经验，具有丰富的 Java 编程经验，掌握常用的数据结构和算法、设计模式，熟悉 DDD 领域驱动设计思想；
3、掌握 Maven、Git/SVN 等代码管理工具的使用；
4、掌握 MySQL、SQL Server 等关系型数据库，熟悉国产数据库（达梦 / 人大金仓）；
5、掌握 Spring Cloud、Spring MVC 等开发框架，熟悉 Zipkin 等微服务组件；
6、熟练使用 Redis、RabbitMQ、RPC、分布式开发等技术；
7、具备独立完成技术方案设计经验，能编写技术规范文档。
8、需要配合项目实施，适应出差。
