岗位职责：
1、负责供应链管理系统的研发，包括采购、仓储、物流、订单履约等模块的设计与开发；
2、参与ERP系统（如金蝶、用友、SAP等）的对接、定制化开发及优化；
3、独立完成核心功能模块的设计、编码及性能优化，确保代码质量；
4、分析业务需求，设计合理的系统架构，保证系统的高可用性和可扩展性；
5、持续优化代码结构，提升系统性能，遵循良好的编码规范。

任职要求：
1、技术能力
1.1、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，3年以上Java开发经验；
1.2、熟练掌握Java、Spring Boot、Spring Cloud、MyBatis等主流技术栈；
1.3、熟悉MySQL/Oracle等数据库，具备SQL优化能力；
1.4、熟悉分布式架构（如Dubbo、Spring Cloud Alibaba）、消息队列（Kafka/RabbitMQ）、缓存（Redis）等技术；
1.5、有供应链、ERP、WMS（仓储管理系统）、OMS（订单管理系统）等业务系统开发经验优先。

2、编码与架构能力
2.1、具备较强的逻辑思维能力，能独立分析复杂业务需求并落地实现；
2.2、有良好的架构设计能力，能够合理设计模块化、可扩展的系统；
2.3、代码洁癖，注重代码规范、可读性和可维护性，有重构优化经验者优先。
2.4、能熟练使用AI工具如Cursor、Claude Code开发

3、软技能
3.1、良好的沟通能力，能与产品、测试、业务团队高效协作；
3.2、自我驱动，能独立承担开发任务，具备较强的学习能力和问题解决能力。

加分项
1、熟悉主流ERP系统（如金蝶、用友、SAP）的二次开发或对接经验；
2、有电商、零售、物流行业背景，熟悉行业业务流程；
3、熟悉低代码平台或BPM工作流引擎开发经验。
