PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Perform process simulation to establish plant concept design basis findividual equipment. Carrying out hydraulics design fcolumns
2.Develop advanced separation solution technical proposal based on customer needs specifications up to the final quotation. Supplying respective process data sheet to Engineering department fequipment sizing
3.Coordinate with sales/ applications engineer to interface with customers either fmarketing technical clarification, monitprogress of projects
4.Prepare technical appendix, participate lead technical negotiation also considering legal aspects
5.Formulate Process Guarantee & go through internal technical risk review
6.Ensure that the solution offered to the customer are within the capability competence capacity of the company
7.Carry out BE design including finalize process simulation hydraulic design, PFD, Mass balance etc.
8.Provide technical Service including start-up service, troubleshooting plant data analysis
9.Keep proper filing frelevant technical documents
10.Coordinate with specialists of Head Office
11.Prepare technical documentation required within the company
12.Technical support of sales engineers in sales activities
13.Establish technical competence expertise in certain applications
14.Ensure environmentally friendly process design
15.Execute pilot test in customers’ site during a short period, with the possibility of exposing to chemical materials
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE EXPERIENCE
1.Min.8 years of experience in chemical plant process design
2.Proven record on designing chemical process plants on own developed process in chemical, petrochemical and/pharmaceutical industry
3.Plant start-up commissioning, R&D pilot test experience will be an advantage
4.Bachelor’s masters degree in chemical engineering.
5.SIMSCI Pro-II other process simulator
6.Profound understanding on processes in chemical petrochemical industry
7.Capability to do technical sales based on personally developed processes based on Sulzer application technology
8.Profound knowledge in unit operations (extraction, thermal separation (vapor/liquid, liquid/solid), membranes etc.)
9.Capability to develop/adapt new process
10.Team-workiented, flexible strongly committed to achieve results
11.Fluent in English Mandarin
12.Available ffrequent traveling
