Sulzer Shanghai is a wholly-owned company of Sulzer in Shanghai, China, and serves as the headquarters of Sulzer Chemtech in the Asia-Pacific region. Established on December 1, 1991, in the Minhang Development Zone of Shanghai, it has obtained ISO9001/ISO14001/ISO45001 certifications. Sulzer Shanghai has been awarded "2021 Greater China Outstanding Social Enterprise" and "2023 China's Top Employers".

Sulzer Shanghai currently has over 789 employees, including more than 115 managers and over 244 engineers. Its manufacturing base is located in the Lin-gang Special Area of the China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone, covering an area of 47,000 square meters, with a plant area of 37,000 square meters.
