3、项目示范任务
该项目拟承担哈密富油煤高效利用示范（单炉50万吨新型直立炉）、荒煤气综合利用工艺示范以及荒煤气制燃料电池氢气示范，符合高端化、多元化、低碳化发展要求的大型工业示范。
4、投资估算及经济效益
项目投资估算总额164.8亿元，其中：建设投资为154.1亿元。项目建成后，年均利润总额为21.8亿元，直接解决就业岗位2160个。
