岗位职责：
负责撮合引擎、订单管理、账户体系、清结算逻辑等交易系统核心模块的设计与开发；
基于 Java + Spring Boot 构建高性能、低延迟、可扩展的微服务架构；
优化系统吞吐、延迟与稳定性，保障交易撮合和账户变动的实时一致性；
设计与维护数据库结构，优化大规模读写与事务处理；
与产品、前端等其他部门团队协作，快速推动功能上线与版本迭代。

任职要求：
计算机相关专业本科及以上学历；3年以上 Java 开发经验，精通 Spring Boot 及常用中间件；
熟练掌握 MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB 等数据库，并具备数据库调优经验；
有高并发、高可用系统设计经验，熟悉消息队列、缓存、异步架构；
有撮合逻辑、订单管理、风控、清结算等金融或交易系统模块开发经验；
熟悉分布式系统架构，了解微服务治理、负载均衡、容器化部署（Docker / K8s）。
