国联汽车动力电池研究院有限责任公司(以下简称“国联”)是在工信部、科技部、国资委、发改委、财政部等部委的指导下，由中国汽车工业协会组织，由有研总院、中国一汽、东风、长安、上汽、北汽、广汽、华晨、力神等11家企业依据公司法联合出资成立的动力电池大型研发与生产企业。于2014年9月12日注册成立，资本总额8.5亿。其中，北京有色金属研究总院是国内*早开展锂离子电池及材料研发的机构之一。国联汽车动力电池研究院系二级央企。被授予中国制造2025*个创新中心。承担国家锂电350项目。
