岗位职责
1.负责SaaS平台核心系统的架构设计、开发与维护，构建高可用、高扩展、安全可靠的企业级服务；
2.主导技术方案设计与评审，协同产品、测试、运维团队，推动需求高质量交付与系统稳定运行；
3.持续开展系统性能优化、架构演进与核心技术攻坚，跟踪并引入行业前沿技术与*佳实践；
4.建立与优化研发规范、代码质量和自动化流程，提升团队工程效能与系统可维护性。

任职要求
1.统招本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，2年以上Java后端开发经验；
2.深入理解Java语言、JVM原理、多线程、网络通信及常用设计模式，具备系统调优与复杂问题排查能力；
3.熟练使用Spring Boot/Cloud、MyBatis等主流框架，具备分布式系统开发经验，熟悉Kafka、Redis、RocketMQ等中间件；
4.熟悉MySQL等数据库设计、调优及分库分表方案，掌握常用缓存、消息队列技术原理；
5.具备良好的编码规范、单元测试习惯与文档撰写能力，注重工程质量和团队协作，有较强技术驱动意识。
