惠州市叁天鲜蛋鸡养殖公司是由江春秋等几个自然人股东发起，于2006年5月份成立的股份制专业蛋鸡养殖公司，注册资本100万元。公司注册地在惠州市惠东县。公司在珠叁角地区建有两个养殖场：一个位于广州市萝岗区九龙镇，租地130亩建设了可存栏近7万羽产蛋鸡3万后备鸡3万雏鸡的养殖场，目前存栏产蛋鸡7万羽；一个在惠州市惠东县多祝镇，租地200亩建设了可存栏13万羽产蛋鸡4万后备鸡4万雏鸡的养殖场，目前存栏蛋鸡11万羽产蛋鸡4万后备鸡。
公司目前员工有70人，其中有畜牧专业技术人才7人，从事蛋鸡养殖5年以上的员工约60%。
