喀什城投物业公司，原为艾提尕物业公司，成立于 2004年 8 月，雏形是喀什城投集团为销售开放型的艾提尕大巴扎商业房产、盘活市场、维护市场秩序、提供售后服务和基础设施保障而组建的国有物业管理公司，2013年，公司被剥离集团公司划归喀什市经信委。作为国有物业企业，承担着社会责任，至 2018 年，有条件地接收老、破、旧小区，如市粮食局小区、市委广场小区、市委东湖小区、保障性住房丽都小区。在市领导的重视下，于 2019 的 7 月重新划归至城投集团名下，企业更名，注资 400 万，充实管理力量；至 2022 年初，更换法人、班子充血，工作重心转移，健全机制，吐故纳新，招募新人，摸清底数，制定目标，完善考核。因公司自身发展需要，现面向广大社会招聘若干人才。
