我场是江西省农业厅直属正处级事业单位，自1956年建场以来，一直跟随时代的发展，在果树苗木，尤其是柑橘、柚子苗木上，创办了省刊——《现代园艺》杂志，颇有建树！我场位于药都樟树市境内，105国道、昌樟高速从中穿过，地理位置得天独厚！现我场有中药材吴茱萸1000亩，柑橘、柚子苗木近300亩，绿化香樟树近万棵，以及其他绿化苗木。我场全体技术、管理等工作人员，在现场党委的正确带领下，正开创着双金园艺场的新局面，力争在园艺苗木和果树无病良种试验、示范及推广上成为我国乃至*地位。
