任职要求：
1.学历专业：本科及以上学历，材料科学与工程、物理、化学、机电一体等相关专业优先。
2.经验背景：10年以上CVD/ALD设备领域经验，3年以上团队管理经验；有半导体/光伏/泛半导体行业背景者佳。
3.技术专长：
精通ALD设备原理（如热ALD、等离子体增强ALD等）及薄膜沉积工艺；
熟悉真空系统、气体输送、反应腔体设计等核心技术模块；
具备设备故障分析（FMEA）、数据建模及仿真工具（如COMSOL、Ansys）使用经验。
优先条件
1.有ALD设备厂商（如Veeco、ASM International等）或晶圆厂设备管理经验；
2.主导过设备技术专利或国际认证项目；
