工作职责严格执行公司下达的年度生产任务，负责所辖制种区域内的种子生产工作；指导种子生产商严格执行公司制定的生产相关程序文件及支持性文件；负责种子的生产质量和生产风险控制等。招聘条件1.大学本科及以上学历，特别优秀者可放宽至大专学历，农学、作物栽培学、种子科学与工程、种子生产与经营、现代农业技术等相关专业；2.从事杂交水稻种子生产2年以上工作经验，有管理生产基地的经验；3.责任心强，能吃苦耐劳，有良好的沟通协调能力，适应长期出差，有驾照及私家车者优先。
