职位描述：
1. 整机电气架构与接口定义：负责供电与配电拓扑设计、保护机制、接地与屏蔽方案，以及急停/互锁等安全回路设计。
2. 底盘供电/通信/IO集成联调：CAN/以太网/RS485/DI&DO等对接与稳定性排查。
3. 线束/布线与装配指导：I/O分配表、线束规划、走线固定与可维护性。
4. 整机装配联调与故障定位：针对电源异常、EMI干扰、通信不稳定、传感器异常、驱动报警等问题进行快速定位与闭环。
5. 工艺/质量落地：装配SOP、出货检查项、问题复盘并推动设计改进。
职位要求：
1. 本科或同等经验。3年+机电系统集成/机器人/自动化设备电气调试。
2. 熟悉CAN/以太网/IO排查，能使用万用表/示波器等进行定位。
3. 动手能力强，能下现场完成装配联调与闭环。
4. 具备标准化文档能力（SOP/检查项/交付资料）。
5. 可出差/现场支持。
加分项：
1. 了解EtherCAT/伺服驱动调试。
2. EMC/接地屏蔽设计与排查经验。
3. 了解功能安全或安全回路标准实践。
