It is mainly engaged in whole-process engineering consulting and management services including engineering supervision, project management, bidding agency, and cost consulting. The company holds the highest national qualification for engineering supervision and is recognized as a national advanced supervision enterprise, as well as a top credit rating unit for national bidding agencies and cost consulting institutions. Meanwhile, it serves as the chair unit of Beijing Construction Supervision Association, executive director unit of China Association of Engineering Consultants, and director unit of China Bidding and Tendering Association, among other industry association roles, enjoying a good reputation and significant influence in the industry.
