Beijing Huacheng Engineering Management Consulting Co., Ltd. (formerly Beijing Huacheng Construction Supervision Co., Ltd.) was founded in 1992 and is one of the first registered construction engineering supervision units in Beijing. It holds Grade A qualifications for construction engineering and municipal public works supervision, as well as multiple Grade B qualifications for cost consulting, electric power, aerospace, and other fields.
