I. Company Profile
Shaanxi Concord Asset Management Joint-stock Co., Ltd. was officially established in August 2012, jointly initiated by 5 enterprises including Western Trust Co., Ltd. and Shaanxi Real Estate Chamber of Commerce, and completed its shareholding reform by the end of December 2014. It is a joint-stock financial institution specializing in real estate investment trust fund (REITs) management and private equity fund (PE) management.
In June 2013, Concord Asset Management officially became a special member of the Asset Management Association of China (Membership No.: 00000390); in May 2014, it passed the approval of the Asset Management Association of China and obtained the qualification as a private fund manager, becoming a financial institution qualified to conduct private fund investment management businesses such as private securities investment, equity investment, and venture capital investment (Certificate No.: P1000390).
In June 2014, Concord Asset Management successively obtained the comprehensive membership of Tianjin Financial Assets Exchange (Membership No.: ZHHYSHR00222) and the membership of Beijing Financial Assets Exchange (Membership No.: 301000000880000); in December 2014, it obtained the membership of Shaanxi Equity Exchange (Membership No.: 660003); becoming a financial institution capable of undertaking private bond underwriting and proprietary investment, financial product trading, fund custody services, providing equity pledge financing and strategic investment services for other listed companies, and other innovative financial product businesses.
Concord Asset Management is a standing director unit of the China Private Equity Fund Association, a standing director unit of the All-China Real Estate Chamber of Commerce, and a vice president unit of the National Real Estate Private Equity Fund Alliance.
In addition to real estate funds and microfinance equity investment businesses, Concord Asset Management is also actively exploring industrial equity investment, asset securitization, investment banking, securities market funds and other related businesses, and has established offices in Qianhai, Shenzhen and the Shanghai Free Trade Zone.
