Starting from the material level with disruptive innovation, and combining device design and circuit R&D, the team has developed a new-generation short-wave infrared imaging chip based on lead sulfide colloidal quantum dot materials, achieving full-chain technological autonomy! Compared with traditional infrared chips, lead sulfide chips can achieve all-low-temperature monolithic heterogeneous integration with CMOS, achieving a wider spectral imaging range and a larger pixel array. More importantly, with a cost advantage of less than "one percent" of traditional chips, it completely removes the "luxury" label from short-wave infrared imaging, making it possible to expand short-wave infrared imaging applications to the consumer-grade field, and enabling broader application in scenarios such as mobile phone visual fusion, autonomous driving, and industrial machine vision, achieving a breakthrough in China's "core" technology.
