1.负责公司医疗信息化产品（护理、护工、数字化手术室、行为管理等系统）技术架构设计、研发框架设计和开发工作；
2.参与制定项目计划、研发流程、技术规范、并落实实施；
3.准确理解需求方案，指导并参与核心代码的开发；
4.分析与解决系统运行中的技术难题，对系统进行性能调优，保障系统的高可用性与稳定性。
必备要求：
1.5年以上公司级技术架构设计经验，统招本科以上学历；
2.具备扎实的软件技术背景，包括但不限于编程语言、数据库管理、系统架构等方面；
3.能够为团队提供技术支持和指导，解决技术难题；
4.熟悉大数据量、高并发、高吞吐、高可用性、高可靠性分布式系统；
5.有HIS、LIS、PACS或其它医疗系统项目开发经验；
技术基础：
· 精通 Java 语言及生态系统，具备扎实的面向对象编程能力。
· 精通至少一种数据库开发，熟练掌握数据库优化、存储过程、函数等。
· 熟悉主流应用服务器（如Tomcat, WebLogic, IIS）的使用和配置。
· 熟练掌握 Redis、消息队列（如 RabbitMQ/Kafka）等中间件技术。
