公司位于高邮市横泾镇工业集中区，为股份制企业。公司总投资 3000 万元，于 2005 年 9 月开始筹建，今年上 2 月份建成，占地面积 15 亩，有 600 型颗粒饲料生产线二条，年单班饲料加工设计能力 21000 吨。公司建筑总面积 5620 平方米，其中：生产车间 320 平方米、仓库 3683 平方米、实验室 50 平方米，公办用房 460 平方米、其它 1157 平方米。
公司技术力量较强，现有各类技术人员 21 名，占公司员工总人数的 1/5 ，其中有水产养殖高级工程师 4 工程师 2 名。同时，公司与浙江湖州源泉饲料有限公司实行股份合作，并以该公司作为技术依托，有较高的饲料产品自主开发能力。公司生产设备先进，主要生产设备均由国内知名企业引进.
