主要职责：
一、负责HK01媒体及商业化产品的设计、开发和维护，确保高性能、可扩展性和可靠性
二、跨团队协作，定义并实现新功能、优化及改进方案
三、编写高效、可维护的代码，遵循*佳实践及编码规范
四、持续优化产品性能，推动现有系统重构/升级，保障稳定性与可维护性
五、协同产品经理、设计师等角色，将需求转化为技术方案
六、关注行业前沿技术动态，主动分享经验推动团队成长

任职要求：
一、学历：计算机相关专业大专及以上学历
二、核心技能：精通JavaScript/TypeScript，掌握其他语言更佳
三、方向要求（满足至少一项）：
- 前端开发：熟悉React/NextJS等框架，具备与设计师、产品协作经验，能高效对接后端API
- 后端开发：深入理解微服务架构，有NodeJS接口开发经验，熟悉主流云服务、数据库及消息队列
四、实战经验：有高并发用户产品开发经历，能处理复杂系统问题
五、工程规范：熟悉DevOps流程、CI/CD工具链，适应敏捷开发模式
六、逻辑清晰，能独立攻关并具备团队协作意识
七、优秀沟通能力（高级工程师需具备向非技术方清晰传递技术方案的能力）
