岗位职责：
1.诊断组织健康度，提前识别组织能力存在的问题及潜在风险，并提出前瞻性解决方案。
2.根据公司成熟业务与多新业务并行的战略，参与战略制定、拆解，根据战略发展不同阶段，提前制定对应人力资源规划，确保组织能力与业务节奏匹配。
3.推动人力资源体系支撑并驱动战略实现，搭建并优化人才梯队，系统搭建人才选、育、用、留机制。
4.参与业务决策，从人力视角为业务增长、组织效率、人效提升提供策略支持。
5.赋能并带领HR团队，提升整体专业水平与业务敏锐度。
任职要求：
1.10年以上人力资源经验，3年以上集团总部HRD或同等岗位经验，有全盘体系搭建与升级的成功实践。
2.具备战略视野与业务敏感度，能在复杂业务场景下做出清晰的人力判断、规划并组织落地。
3.具备组织诊断与变革管理能力，能推动关键人才计划与文化落地。
4.有激发组织潜能的实际经验，善于在发展中解决人才梯队问题。
5.工作风格务实而不失高度，能在不同业务形态间灵活调整管理逻辑。
