岗位职责：
1、在遵循编码规范的前提下，保质保量、按时完成分配的产品/项目开发工作任务；
2、参与研发工作的计划制定与高效执行，配合部门负责人或项目经理进行项目计划的编制和执行，保证目标实现；
3、解决研发过程中的技术问题，及时处理代码bug；
4、根据公司及主流技术架构，参与项目方案中技术部分的编写；
5、完成上级安排的其他工作任务。

岗位要求：
1、本科及以上学历，学信网可查。计算机科学、软件工程、地理信息系统相关专业；
2、具备3年或以上Java开发经验，有自然资源、地信、电子政务行业研发经验优先；
3、Java基础扎实，精通多线程编程，精通JVM，精通IO、集合等基础框架；
4、熟悉Java语言及Spring Cloud微服务架构，具有至少3年在J2EE标准下从事B/S项目开发的具体经验
5、掌握Redis、Nacos、Elasticsearch、MinIO、MQ等中间件应用开发；
6、掌握PostgreSQL、人大金仓、瀚高等关系型数据库，能够熟练使用SQL语言，能够根据需求进行数据库建模；
7、熟悉Activiti、Flowable等工作流引擎的应用开发；
8、熟练使用Git、Maven等工具，熟悉Docker容器化部署；
9、具有良好的沟通、团队协调及项目管理能力，较强的责任心和敬业精神、职业道德；
10、具备较强的抗压能力，能接受工作需要的加班、出差者优先。
