工作职责：
1、硬件产品LAYOUT设计。
2、按照技术要求，完成网表导入，布局布线，生产文件的生成和制作等工作，和PCB板厂沟通，就PCB生产加工过程工艺问题进行确认。
3、配合硬件工程师完成关键信号的拓扑设计，约束设计，仿真实验。
4、器件库的建立和维护。
5、PCBA电子联装问题跟踪解决。
6、制定PCB设计规范，规范PCB设计流程。
任职资格要求：
1、大专及以上学历。工业自动化、电子、电气等相关专业。
2、3年以上LAYOUT设计经验。
3、熟练应用相关工作软件，会设计6-8层板。
4、熟悉PCB设计过程，如结构图与网表的导入、布局及走线、生产文件制作等，并熟练应用各个过程。
5、熟悉数字/模拟电路的LAYOUT，熟悉多层板高速信号设计规则。
6、了解热设计、EMC及安规、环境与保护等知识，有电源、EMC、高速信号等信号的处理经验。
7、熟悉DFM、DFT相关规则；熟悉PCB的相关工艺；了解PCB、PCBA的制程。
8、有较强的主动性及团队合作精神，爱岗敬业，善于沟通，有自动化产品从业经验者优先考虑。
