大连保税区金宝至电子有限公司成立于2000年，是一家集电子产品自主研发设计、配套生产、销售、进出口为一体的高新技术民营企业。
公司现有厂房9,200平方米，员工260余人，2018年销售总额七千万元，2019年销售总额一亿两千万元,2020年预计一亿四千万。位于大连保税区黄金地段的25000平方米新工厂将于2021年秋季投入应用。
经过二十年的经营发展，公司产品由初期金属及非金属冲压、精密模切加工，发展到以5G移动终端VCM（音圈马达）铜镍合金弹片和折叠屏补强板为主导的金属精密蚀刻品系列，业务范围已广泛涉及新能源汽车电池密封件、5G基站、移动终端、光学镜头模组等高新领域。
公司设立研发中心，由音圈马达弹片、折叠屏补强板、微型热管散热器、芯片引线框架四个项目组组成，现有28名技术人员。开展校企合作,促进共赢发展，与大连海事大学建立“研究生实践基地”、与大连交通大学建立“实践教学基地”。
公司已获得20余项技术专利，并先后获得IATF16949/2016质量体系、ISO09001质量体系及ISO14001环境管理体系认证，同时获得“大连市高新技术企业、辽宁省优秀民营企业、辽宁省‘专新特新’中小企业、大连市守合同重信用单位”等荣誉称号。
