I. What is Yiniu?
Established in 2014, Yiniu Group is a group company covering multiple businesses including financial investment management, game publishing, business incubation management, and equity investment. It is a high-tech enterprise in Guangzhou.
The company was founded by Mr. Huang Kai, co-founder of Forgame Group and founder of Guangzhou Feiyin Information Technology Co., Ltd. The company is headquartered in Tianhe Smart City, Guangzhou. Adhering to the business philosophy of "creating value for users", the group deeply explores user needs and has provided services to tens of millions of users through an efficient and professional team!

Yiniu Group is committed to social welfare and actively participates in cultural and public welfare activities from all sectors of society. Game Business Division
——Covers domestic and international game publishing and game blockchain platforms. It publishes all categories of games globally, including multiple RPG, SLG, MOBA, SRPG games in both domestic and overseas markets. Through programmatic advertising technology, it has personalized data of over 300 million players. In 2018, it added a game blockchain platform, serving thousands of small and medium-sized channels with advanced technology. Representative works include: Qingyun Jue, Jiuzhou Xing, Kunlun Xu, etc.

Financial Business Division
——A globally allocated quantitative hedging sunshine private fund management platform. Core businesses include stocks, bonds, options, commodity futures, and foreign exchange in both domestic and overseas markets. It has management experience of over ten billion yuan in scale and formulates comprehensive asset management plans through quantitative methods (including traditional statistical methods, big data analysis, news recognition, etc.). In 2017, the fund management scale exceeded 500 million yuan, with 100% completion of basic strategies and IT systems. In 2018, our goal is a management scale of around 5 billion yuan (products and separate accounts).

Business Incubation Platform
——Relying on Yiniu's ecological industry resources and open social resources, it achieves systematic integration of innovation and entrepreneurship, online and offline, incubation and investment, providing one-stop incubation services for internal employees and external makers, including investment, channel acceleration, space, and innovative technology.
