Changchun FAW Fusheng Group Co., Ltd. is a mixed-ownership limited liability company with diversified shareholders, in which FAW Group holds a stake. Its business covers automobile parts manufacturing, automobile spare parts warehousing and logistics, etc. The company was founded in December 2012 and is located in Changchun, an important central city in China's old industrial base in the northeast.
The company currently has nearly 10,000 employees and manages over 30 subsidiaries and branches, forming a diversified industrial structure centered on the automotive field, with automotive parts as the main focus and various modules supporting and promoting each other. The automotive parts industry is the core business, encompassing six major business segments: interior, exterior, chassis systems, electronics and electrical, new energy, and intelligent connected vehicles.
Its supporting market covers FAW-Volkswagen, FAW Car, FAW Toyota, FAW Jiefang, FAW Light Vehicles, BAIC Group, Geely Group, SAIC Group, GAC Group, Changan Group, etc., as well as some markets beyond FAW Group nationwide. Sales cover 28 customers, with applications in over 200 vehicle models, forming a supporting pattern for heavy, medium, light, and passenger vehicles among other types.
With the substantial growth in automobile production and sales, the company has quickly expanded, establishing Changchun as its headquarters with five major bases in Changchun, Chengdu, Foshan, Qingdao, and Tianjin, radiating to key markets across China and expanding internationally, with an overseas office established in Germany.
In recent years, following its international brand strategy, the company has established joint ventures with world-renowned auto parts groups, including Lear Corporation (US), Tenneco, Cooper Standard, and Bosch (Germany), fully leveraging the engineering, product development capabilities, and expertise, resources, and experience in automotive-related systems of its partners. This enables the company to have the ability to design and develop synchronously with automobile OEMs and has built a high-tech and management expert team with rich experience.
