3、具有较强的业务理解力以及逻辑思考能力，能够独立编写项目执行规则、错题整理等相关文档，具备良好的沟通表达和组织协调能力
4、学习能力强，善于思考总结，能够独立分析、解决项目过程中遇到的一般问题，有较强的抗压能力
