83 Installation commissioning of parts/equipment to ensure the normal mass production running.
83 To be in contact with the market technology.
83 Develop new suppliers to provide machines solutions.
83 Standardized best practices machines improvements across different sites.
83 Develop proper database where knowledge is shared.
83 Provided technical training.
83 Strong knowledge practical trouble shooting techniques.
83 Perform root cause analysis corrective action on product mechanical failures
83 Directly manage a team if required: assigning tasks, providing guidance, ensuring productivity.
83 Contact manage with external vendors frepairs, procurements specialized maintenance services.
83 Supportive NPI project in terms of source change machines runnability issues.
83 Provides technical guidance, support, expertise to colleagues, teams departments within theganization sites.
83 Ensures that technical solutions implementations align with quality standards, compliance regulations, best practices.
83 Collaborates with cross-functional teams to achieveganizational objectives. As well as participate actively in the meetings as required.
83 Identify talents implement development plans.

REQUIREMENTS
83 Minimum of 15 years experience, degree in Mechanical Engineering equivalent
83 Skills in the development of machines parts, devices equipment.
83 Experience in filters/tobacco industries machines
83 English speaking writing.
83 More specific in the skill set system/certification
