1、深刻理解产品需求，参与公司的产品设计与方案论证；
2、完成Java服务端核心代码的开发工作；
3、整理技术架构、基础服务组件和业务服务组件，进行优化升级及改造；
4、负责技术难点攻关和创新技术引进；
5、解决产品开发过程中的高性能、高并发和高可靠性问题；

任职要求：
1、8年及以上工作经验，计算机或相关专业毕业，本科及以上学历；
2、精通Java语言，熟悉JVM，有微服务开发经验，熟悉SpringBoot、SpringCloud框架；
3、熟悉MySql、MongoDB、Redis、ElasticSearch、ClickHouse等技术，精通SQL编写和优化；
4、有ToC项目工作经验，特别是日活百万以上、数据规模亿以上的项目经验，熟悉分布式、多线程、高并发业务场景的编码和调优；
5、有严谨的编码习惯，较强的逻辑思维能力；
6、有良好的沟通能力，善于分析、归纳及解决问题。
