岗位职责：
1、负责高性能广告交易平台的设计，研发以及优化（包括ADX，DSP，SSP等）；
2、负责客户API接口对接开发、优化，提升开发效率，客户定制化需求开发等
3、与广告算法团队一起，研发和优化广告召回、排序、竞价、频率/流量控制等核心投放策略；
4、提高现有系统的稳定性，性能和扩展性；
5、参与产研技术团队的技术组件，平台服务化，前沿技术研究；
任职资格
1、计算机或相关专业本科以上学历，具备3年以上程序化广告行业经验以及大型服务端开发和架构经验；
2、熟悉linux开发环境，熟练使用Java和面向对象设计开发；
3、熟悉大型分布式、高并发、高可用性系统设计开发；
4、 JAVA基础扎实，代码质量高，具有优秀的性能优化能力；
5、了解统计模型，有机器学习，数据挖掘等相关技术工作经验的优先；
6、有过大规模（千万级在线用户以上）广告平台系统开发经验的优先；
