工程落地：nlp算法工程化，完成从算法原型到产品落地的端到端调测；
工具赋能：开发AI训练/推理/交付工具/平台，提升团队算法研究和交付效率
部署优化：负责算法部署，优化推理速度和实时性，提升系统的响应速度、并发处理能力和稳定性。
任职要求：
本科及以上学历计算机或人工智能相关专业，具备一个及以上大型实际软件项目经验，独立承担过关键子模块的开发工作；
熟练使用至少2门编程语言（Python/Go/Rust等）；
熟悉RAG技术栈，有检索增强生成系统开发经验；
掌握Elasticsearch、Qdrant、Faiss等检索引擎和向量数据库；
熟悉分布式系统架构，熟悉Redis、mongo、Kafka等中间件。
熟悉分布式计算和模型并行技术，掌握模型部署原理，熟悉硬件加速技术和容器化技术（如 Docker 和 Kubernetes），能保障模型训练推理及稳定部署与运维。
对数据处理和分析有深入理解，熟悉常用数据处理工具和库，能对相关数据进行清洗、标注、分析，为模型训练提供优质数据。
