泛帛公司创办于2003年，总部在杭州，黄山工厂位于黄山技术产业高新区梅林大道65号，占地72亩，成立于2007年5月，现有员工近200人。是目前黄山地区软硬件*好的服装工厂之一，主要生产防寒服、冲锋衣、防护服、外军军警服等。
自主品牌运动时尚舒适旅行户外服装，在全国建立120余家专卖店。在泛帛厂内有华东地区超大的工厂折扣店，在永辉超市二楼也有直营店，是中国摄影家协会*合作户外品牌，*黄山风景区*指定户外品牌，第9、10、11、12届中国（黄山）国际登山大赛*指定户外品牌。揽胜19年获得国家高新技术企业。
20年3月全球新冠疫情爆发，公司*时间转产防护服，公司向波兰、瑞典、德国、法国、阿联酋、美国、俄罗斯等国出口口罩、防护服等医疗物资累计60余批，4000余万美金，是黄山地区首家列入商务部/海关防疫物资白名单的企业，并先后取得欧盟CE,美国FDA 认证。
在国内，公司在冲锋衣领域处于领先，20年防疫物资出口总量总额在在全省排名前列。
公司核心技术是冲锋衣防水工艺，防寒服装保暖工艺，有申请专利20多项。
