岗位职责:
负责大模型相关业务系统的 Java 后台架构设计、开发、迭代与维护，保障系统稳定、高性能、高可用运行。
对接大模型能力接口，完成模型调用、会话管理、请求转发、结果处理、权限管控、链路监控等后台功能开发与优化。
参与业务需求拆解、技术方案评审，配合前端、算法团队完成 AI 应用场景落地，持续优化接口响应速度、并发能力与服务稳定性。
负责后台数据链路、日志体系、异常排查及线上问题处理，持续推进服务性能调优与架构升级。
跟进大模型应用场景的技术演进，结合业务需求落地新功能，保障 AI 相关业务正常运转。
任职要求:
精通 Java 及主流技术栈，熟练使用 Spring Boot、Spring Cloud、MyBatis 等框架，扎实掌握数据结构、多线程、IO、网络编程、分布式基础等知识。
具备 5 年及以上 Java 后台开发经验，有大模型 / AI 应用类后台开发经验优先，熟悉模型接口调用、异步任务、消息队列、缓存等技术落地。
了解大语言模型基础应用逻辑，熟悉 AI 服务对接、流式输出、会话上下文管理等相关业务场景者加分。
熟悉常规后端研发流程，具备独立模块设计、编码、单元测试及问题排查能力，有高并发、微服务项目经验优先。
具备良好的沟通协作、逻辑思维能力，责任心强，能主动配合团队完成技术探索与业务落地
