Zotye Holding Group, founded in 2003, is a modern private enterprise group whose core business and development direction focus on the research, development, and manufacturing of complete vehicles and key automotive components such as engines, molds, sheet metal parts, and transmissions. It currently operates two complete vehicle production bases in Zhejiang and Hunan, forming two independent vehicle brands, "Zotye" and "Jiangnan", and possesses four major process production lines of stamping, welding, painting, and final assembly, as well as complete vehicle dynamic performance testing lines, all at an advanced level both domestically and internationally. It is one of the few private automotive manufacturers in China with complete automotive production qualifications for sedans, light passenger vehicles, light trucks, and pure electric vehicles, with a registered capital of 460 million yuan.



The Group's leading products include the "Zotye 2008", "Zotye 5008", and "Mendi Bolang" sedans, as well as environmentally friendly automotive engines ranging from 0.8L to 2.0L displacement. Among them, the "Zotye 2008EV" is the first pure electric passenger vehicle in China to obtain production and sales permits after certification by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. This vehicle uses high-capacity lithium-ion batteries and has broken through core technologies such as electric motors and control systems, truly achieving low noise and zero emissions.



The Group currently employs nearly 6,000 staff, forming a young, highly motivated, and mission-driven workforce. The Group has established technical teams in Italy and Japan, and has also built a provincial-level technical R&D center. It has invited outstanding management and technical personnel from Taiwan, FAW, Dongfeng, and Tianjin Molds to join, forming a strong team for complete vehicle and component R&D and modern enterprise management.
