Renesola is a leading global photovoltaic product manufacturer and solution provider including poly-silicon, mono-crystalline and multi-crystalline solar ingots and wafers, photovoltaic cells and modules. Since 2005, Renesola emerged as a silicon wafer manufacturer, aimed at developing the middle of the industrial chain. According to the strategic expansion plan, Renesola successfully listed on London Stock Exchange and the United States New York Stock Exchange respectively in 2006 and 2008, built the production base of the polysilicon in Sichuan in 2008, during 2009, Renesola even wholly-owned the acquisition of Wuxi Jiacheng, and developed it into a downstream production center of cell module, completed the vertical integration of the photovoltaic industrial chain as the leader of the domestic industry. As of December 31, 2011, ReneSola has an annual wafer manufacturing capacity of approximately 1.8 GW consisting of mono-crystalline wafer manufacturing capacity of approximately 600MW and multi-crystalline wafer of approximately 1200MW; an annual cell and module manufacturing capacities of 500MW and 1GW.

As part of 2012 expansion strategy, Renesola plan to expand annual wafer capacity to approximately 3.0GMW which consisting of 800MW multi-crystalline wafer capacity increase , maintain annual cell capacity at 400 MW, increase annual module capacity to 1GW, expand poly-silicon capacity to 10000 tons at the end of 2012.
