About the Company

Da Mao TYC Automotive Parts Co., Ltd. is wholly owned and established by Taiwan TYC Brother Industrial Co., Ltd. The company's predecessor, Da Mao Automotive Lighting, was founded in March 1995, wholly owned by Taiwan TYC Brother Industrial Co., Ltd. In October 2005, it entered into a joint venture with Visteon Corporation (USA), and in January 2013, it switched to a joint venture with Varroc Group (India), renamed as Da Mao Varroc Automotive Lighting Co., Ltd. In May 2025, it was renamed as Da Mao TYC Automotive Parts Co., Ltd.
Located in Xinbei District, Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province (near Jiangnan Global Harbor), the company is about 200 kilometers west of Shanghai, with convenient access to major transportation routes. Products cover exterior automotive lighting and some interior lighting. The company integrates R&D, sales, procurement, production, and after-sales service, with a local independent R&D technical team and product development capabilities, serving Chinese OEM manufacturers including foreign-invested and joint venture automakers such as Chang'an Ford, Jiangling Ford, SAIC Volkswagen, FAW-Volkswagen, SAIC-GM, Peugeot Citroën, Nissan, as well as major domestic independent brands such as Hongqi (FAW), SAIC, Chang'an, Geely, NIO, Leapmotor, and Seres.
