3. 熟练掌握Spring Cloud / Spring Boot / MyBatis 等主流框架，具备微服务架构实战经验；精通MySQL数据库设计与优化，熟悉Redis、Kafka、Elasticsearch等常用中间件；具备分布式系统设计与高并发处理经验，理解CAP理论、分布式事务、缓存架构等；
4. 有电商零售/供应链/库存/订单等相关业务系统开发经验者优先；较强的业务理解和抽象建模能力，能将复杂业务需求转化为可扩展的技术方案；
5. 良好的沟通能力、团队协作能力，结果导向，能在压力下保持高效交付。
