Chongqing Qianjiang Ethnic Hospital

Founded in 1997, Chongqing Qianjiang Ethnic Hospital has undergone 26 years of construction and development and has now become a National Grade III Class B general hospital integrating medical treatment, teaching, scientific research, rehabilitation, and elderly care. It is a member hospital of the Chinese Research Hospital Association, the "leading hospital" for building a "municipal-level regional medical center" in Qianjiang, a designated hospital of the Chongqing 120 Emergency Network, and a designated hospital for the Jiusan Society Central Committee's "Brightness Action," the China Disabled Persons' Federation's "Brightness Action," the Chongqing Disabled Persons' Federation's "Colorful Dream Action," and the Chongqing Ethnic Affairs Commission's "Rehabilitation and Treatment for Disabled Children from Poor Families in the Ethnic Minority Areas of Southeast Chongqing."     The hospital covers an area of 301.9 mu (including 150 mu of forest park), with a building area of 200,000 square meters and 150,000 square meters of business space. It has purchased equipment including a Varian linear accelerator from the United States, the only PET-CT in Southeast Chongqing, a 3.0T MRI, a GE 1.5T superconducting MRI, a GE 128-slice CT, DSA, a German Laur water treatment system, and German B. Braun hemodialysis machines. It can open 2,000 beds and has 27 clinical departments, 50 outpatient clinics, and 7 medical technology departments. Among them, the Oncology Department is applying for Chongqing Municipal Key Clinical Specialty, the Respiratory Department is a Chongqing Municipal Key Clinical Specialty, the Ophthalmology Department is a Chongqing Municipal Key Clinical Specialty and Characteristic Specialty, and the Oncology Department is a National Health Commission Clinical Service Capacity Improvement Project; 11 disciplines including Orthopedics, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Critical Care Medicine, and Radiology are Qianjiang District-level Key Clinical Specialties.
