江西生态叁黄鸡养殖基地有一百多家专业户养叁黄鸡,叁黄鸡-宁都叁黄鸡，又称赣南叁黄鸡，产于江西省宁都县石上镇。目前专业户以在野外放牧饲养（夜间收入小棚）为主要饲养方式。平均月产量为80-100万只左右。
叁黄鸡-宁都叁黄鸡外貌特征：宁都叁黄鸡体型偏小，头细、脚细，嘴黄、脚黄、毛黄。宁都叁黄鸡公鸡单冠直立，冠齿5～6个；宁都黄鸡母鸡单冠直立，有4～5个冠齿。
黄鸡-宁都叁黄鸡生产性能：宁都叁黄鸡成年公鸡体重2100±80.01克，宁都黄鸡成年母鸡1350±89.20克。公鸡开啼为80日龄。宁都黄鸡开产日龄135～140天。
