岗位职责：
1.负责中部数据流通服务各系统的部署、监控、维护和优化，保障平台7x24小时稳定、高效、安全运行；
2.负责平台的环境搭建，包括维护开发、测试、生产环境的服务器、网络、中间件等基础设施；
3.负责建立全方位的监控系统（服务器性能、应用状态、业务指标），设置告警机制，及时发现并响应故障；
4.负责及时处理线上故障，*时间响应、定位并协调资源解决，保障SLA；
5.牵头负责公司整体安全体系的规划、构建与持续优化，确保其有效落地与稳定运行，并输出安全规范、技术标准与流程制度。

任职资格：
1.硕士研究生及以上学历，计算机科学与技术、信息安全、网络工程、软件工程等相关专业背景；持有 CISSP、CISP、CCIE、OCM 等相关专业认证者优先；
2.具备3年及以上大型信息系统、数据平台或金融科技系统运维与安全管理经验，有数据交易所、大数据企业或金融机构相关从业经历者优先；
3.精通 Linux/Unix、Windows 等主流操作系统的运维管理；熟练掌握网络设备配置、防火墙策略、入侵检测/防御系统（IDS/IPS）等网络安全技术；具备数据安全防护、隐私保护（如数据脱敏、加密）及应急响应实战能力；熟悉主流监控、日志分析工具的使用与二次开发；
4.具备强烈的责任心和风险意识，能应对突发运维与安全事件；拥有良好的沟通协调能力与团队协作精神，可高效配合跨部门开展工作。
