本企业成立于1996年，以生产动物骨粉为主。具有生产动物骨粉、动物氨基酸的先进成套设备，年生产动物骨粉万余吨，动物氨基酸上千吨。
2004年以来，本企业在新疆农业科学院土肥研究所的指导下，配制以动物氨基酸、动物骨粉为主要原料，生产出动物骨粉有机肥、动物氨基酸叶面肥、动物氨基酸冲施肥、动物氨基酸滴灌肥以及多种专用叶面肥，经过广大菜农、果农、棉农、粮农的使用，反响良好。
2006年，本企业自主研发生产的动物骨粉氨基酸有机肥获得国家知识产权局专利认证。
2007年8月，经北京中绿华夏有机食品认证中心认证，本企业生产符合GB/T19630.1.-4《有机产品》（生产、加工、标识与销售、管理)体系的要求，所生产的产品被认定为有机产品。证书编号：COFCC-R-0708-0142。
2008年8月，本企业继续通过北京中绿华夏有机食品认证中心有机产品认证。
