济南中海赛恩生物科技有限公司，是依托中国海洋大学等国家权威水产科研机构雄厚的技术力量，严格按国家兽药GMP标准投资组建的专业化渔药生产企业。公司本着以科技服务水产养殖的宗旨，于2004年研制出的固态EM菌水质改良剂——“赛伏活菌”、2005年研制出的高渗透性生物活性渔药——“渔乐（碧水解毒安）”，以及2009年开发出的中草药微生态制剂产品——“体康素”，均获得济南市科委科技项目资金支持，公司2005年被评为济南市高新技术企业，2010年3月份，又被济南市高新区列为新三板上市辅导企业。公司兽药GMP生产基地位于济南商河兴商工业园。厂区占地面积26800平方米，现有通过农业部ＧＭＰ认证的口服液、粉剂、散剂、预混剂、消毒剂（固体）、杀虫剂（固体）、消毒剂（液体）、杀虫剂（液体）等多条生产线（车间），主要生产、研发绿色环保渔药，同时为广大用户提供各种水产养殖一条龙技术服务
