三、岗位职责
1、负责数控车削工件的图纸识读、工艺核对，熟练操作数控车床完成零件加工。
2、负责数控加工设备开工前点检、日常清洁及基础保养工作，及时排查设备运行异常，独立处置简单设备故障。
3、负责工件装夹、刀具调试、程序调试等上机全流程作业，规范使用量具、工装辅料，做好工位物料、工具定置管理，维持作业区域 5S 标准。
四、任职要求
1、大专及以上学历，车工类、数控技术类、机电一体化相关专业优先。
2、拥有1年以上机械行业相关工作经验，掌握机械加工、数控设备操作等基础专业知识。
3、能熟练操作数控加工设备，具备基础的设备点检与简单故障处理能力。
