泽州县马坪头小庙岭种猪场于2006年底建成投产，总投资2800余万元。是山西南部规模*大的种猪生产企业。全场占地75000平方米，猪舍建筑面积18000平方米。现存栏优质原种公母猪1100头，年可繁育优质二级种公母猪8000多头，商品育肥猪10000余头。
我场采用了目前国内先进的生产工艺，配备了一流的饲养设备，引进了先进的企业管理 技术，拥有一批专业精良的技术人员。种猪品种为目前国际上流行的美系长白、大白、杜洛克等优秀品种。该品系在饲料转化率、疫病抵抗力、生长速度等多项经济指标都达到了国际先进水平。
