公司建设总投资8.2亿元，占地120亩，建筑面积9.8万平方米。项目计划分2期建设，其中一期总投资3亿元，主要建设科研楼、生产车间、污水处理站等设施，配备20条生产线，年产肠衣4亿米。公司规划建设8条全自动胶原蛋白肠衣生产线，目前已建成生产线2条，1、2号生产线已正式进行试生产，每条生产线满产状态下月产值可达100万元。剩余6条生产线正按计划进行设备安装与调试，预计将于2026年9月至12月分批次陆续投产。全部达产后，可年产肠衣12亿米，年产值4.2亿元，税收4300余万元，就业600余人。
