Working hours: 5 days, 7.5-hour work system (two days off)
Morning 09:00-11:50
Afternoon 13:30-18:00

Salary and benefits:
1. Housing fund and social insurance purchased upon onboarding (endowment insurance, medical insurance, unemployment insurance, work-related injury insurance, and maternity insurance as stipulated by the state);

Salary structure:
Base salary + commission + performance bonus + social insurance + year-end bonus + meal subsidy (management additionally receives year-end dividends + company equity)
(Note: Probation period is 3 months. Of course, if you perform well, you can become a regular employee early)
