西安户县水利机械厂系户县水利局的下属企业，主要研制和开发“秦禹”牌低压地埋暗管配套的给水栓、空气阀、井首供水系统及出水保护桩、农灌护井工程中的防盗井盖、井台等五大系列二十几个产品。
自一九九四年成立以来，承蒙社会各界同仁的大力支持和厚爱，不断的发展壮大，现占地面积5000m＆sup2；，建筑面积 2000m＆sup2；，拥有员工50人，其中水利工程师2名，机械设计师3名，中等专业技术水平的工人20名，具有较强的工程设计，现场施工以及产品研发能力，下辖铸造，机加、予制三个车间。
