I. Company Profile:
Hubei Future Homestead High-Tech Agriculture Joint-stock Co., Ltd. has a registered capital of 130 million yuan and is a diversified company operating in the big health industry. The company adopts the development model of "technological agriculture + ecological farm + wellness vacation + experiential culture," forming four major industrial systems led by agricultural planting, deep processing of agricultural products, ecological tourism and wellness vacation industry, and cultural industry. It strives to build an ecological, technological, industrialized, humanistic, refined, and diversified industrial complex with Chinese characteristics.
The Future Homestead project has a total planned area of over 10,000 mu, and the project construction plan is divided into two phases:
Phase I planting park is located in Jiangjiayao Village, Shu'an Street, Jiangxia District. Currently, 350 million yuan has been invested, and 5,300 mu has been completed. The project operation of Phase I park has a designed production capacity of 13 billion yuan. Based on the primary industry's field planting, technological greenhouse planting, and factory-based cordyceps militaris cultivation, it integrates the secondary industry's deep processing of agricultural products and fruits, and research and production of health food, as well as the tertiary industry's IoT information technology, conferences and exhibitions, catering, accommodation, and leisure tourism, to create a big health agriculture three-industry integration technology park. The aquatic park Lianghu Yanyu is located in Tangkou Village, Shu'an Street, with a planned area of 10,000 mu, and over 1,000 mu of land transfer has been completed. Lianghu Yanyu Aquatic Park has a designed production capacity of 10 billion yuan. It will mainly focus on the conservation of wild fish in Liangzi Lake and the planting of flowers (saffron, honeysuckle, yellow magnolia, gardenia, jasmine), integrating the secondary industry's flower essential oil extraction and cosmetics research and production, bio-masks, and skincare products as the leading products, to create a three-industry integration technology park based on Liangzi Lake aquatic products and supported by flower planting.
The long-term plan for Phase II of the park is based on the Lianghu Peninsula where Shu'an Township of Liangzi Lake is located, plus the Future Homestead planting park and Lianghu Yanyu Aquatic Park. Combining the beautiful natural environment, good ecological environment, and natural geographical location advantages by Liangzi Lake, it is based in Wuhan and radiates to Central China to meet the needs of future life and public communities, creating a green humanistic peninsula town with agriculture as the foundation and big health as the industry, featuring ecological elderly care and leisure wellness.
In the future, a Future Homestead industrial park will be built in each province across the country, going global through the Belt and Road Initiative.
At present, the company has signed strategic cooperation agreements with multiple research institutions including Wuhan University, Huazhong Agricultural University, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Wuhan Botanical Garden of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, Hubei Academy of Agricultural Sciences, Hubei Academy of Forestry, and Wuhan Vegetable and Fruit Research Center, providing better technical and strategic support for the company's future development.
