Shanghai Fiore Gas Equipment Co., Ltd. was established in May 1995, jointly funded by Shanghai Aerospace Energy Co., Ltd. (affiliated with China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation), Italy's Fiore Group, and Shanghai Volkswagen Gas Co., Ltd. It is a Sino-foreign joint venture specializing in the research, development, design, production, and sales of gas pressure regulation and metering systems and equipment, as well as providing technical services. Shanghai Fiore is committed to providing integrated technology for gas pressure regulation, metering, and control, and overall solutions in the field of gas transmission and distribution. Product lines include: Pressure regulation system integrated products: urban gate stations, high-medium pressure stations, regional pressure regulating stations, dedicated pressure regulating stations, CNG decompression stations, LNG vaporization and pressure regulating stations, and building pressure regulating boxes; Pressure vessel products: filters, separators, quick-opening blind plates, insulating joints, and launcher/receiver devices; Smart gas network products: gas transmission and distribution dispatching management systems, information management software products, intelligent flow regulation and pressure control products, intelligent control products, and intelligent detection products; Valve products: pressure regulators, emergency shut-off valves, safety relief valves, control valves, and butterfly ball valves; Metering products: gas turbine flow meters and volume correctors; [Technical R&D Capability] To achieve its goals and values, Shanghai Fiore has always been dedicated to building technical development capabilities. From 2002 to 2007, it successively established a professional training center, a calibration and testing center (including a pressure regulator valve laboratory and a gas flow calibration laboratory), and a station control system simulation laboratory, providing professional technical and training services to users across various regions. Among these, the calibration and testing center passed the laboratory accreditation of CNAS (China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment) in 2012. In October 2009, the China Urban Gas Management and Application New Technology Demonstration and Training Base was established at Shanghai Fiore, serving as the first training base established by the China Urban Gas Association in China. The base is dedicated to supporting market development and project training for new technology products, improving the professional quality of the entire industry, solving technical challenges in the urban gas industry, and developing new products for the application of gas new technologies. [Information Management] Since 2000, the company has continuously built its enterprise information management system, successively establishing ERP, PDM, CRM, KMS, archive systems, HR management software, single sign-on, and identity integration systems. Moreover, the business data of the three systems—ERP, PDM, and CRM—have been integrated. [Product Applications] Shanghai Fiore's products have been widely applied in the pressure regulating pipeline networks of industrial and civil users and transmission and distribution systems in more than 60 cities and regions across China, and are expanding into long-distance gas transmission pipelines as well as industries such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, and electric power. Since 1997, products have begun to expand into international markets in Southeast Asia and other regions.
